Visit the Ashram

Visit the Ashram

For those who feel called to come in person, Mahasiddha Baba Sri Chand Ashram offers a rare possibility: to walk the ground where a Mahasiddha meditated, to enter a living spiritual environment rooted in more than five centuries of unbroken lineage, and to practice inside a sacred atmosphere that continues to do part of the work for anyone who arrives in sincerity.

What a visit is like

Coming to the Ashram is stepping out of ordinary pace. The day takes on a different rhythm, shaped by silence, practice, seva, and the natural beauty and spiritual atmosphere of the Himalayan foothills.

Visitors take part in meditation, prayer, and the daily life of the Ashram. They may also enter the Underground Meditation Cell, the preserved sacred space where Mahasiddha Baba Sri Chand himself sat in deep meditation and solitude. The cell remains exactly as it was, with the atmosphere of his practice still in the walls. For many visitors, this becomes the most profound moment of their time on the land.

The simplicity of the environment is not incidental. It is part of the teaching.

Before you come

The Ashram is in an early stage of its development. This is a sincere, living spiritual place, not a polished retreat facility. Everyone who comes is asked to arrive with openness, respect, and a real orientation toward practice.
